Mount Kailash a holy mountain peak (6714m) situated in Tibet is known as the dwelling place of lord Shiva with his wife Parbati, daughter of Himalaya Parbat (hill). According to Hindus myth this peak is known as the Kailas Parbat. For Hindus this place is their ultimate destination of pilgrimage, so they believe that by revolving the base surrounding of this peak they will salvation after death and purification of the sins they have committed throughout the life. It carries not only the spiritual embodiment for Hindu but keeps great value to Buddhists and Jains also. Jains take this peak as such place where their first seer or prophet had got transcended of his knowledge and Buddhist who are follower of ancient sect Bon religion take this place as the symbol of enlightenment so they also make circumambulation of this place. As it is an abode of lord Shiva, many of the Hindu devotees visit this place for their spiritual satisfaction. This place is equally attractive for those who are fond of natural scenery and landscapes, especially of the mountain peaks and snowy lakes.
On the lap of Kailash Parbat there are two lakes Mansarover and Rakshas Tal which are symbol of God and evil as well as divine and satanic force respectively. Mansarover is regarded as the manifestation of Lord Brahma which represent he omnipotence of mind of Brahma. Hindu believe that by taking bath in this lake one will transcends her or his life towards heaven to reach the Brahma’s paradise. Similarly the Rakshas Tal represents the sense of evil force this provides the sense of contradictory forces as mentioned in Hindu mythical epics. DAY 01- KATHMANDU ARRIVAL
Arrival at Kathmandu Airport. Transfer to the Hotel. Further program briefing in the evening. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 02 – KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING AND PREPARATION
In the morning visit Pashupatinath Temple & Budhanilakantha (sleeping Vishnu). Afternoon preparation for the tour. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 03 - KATHMANDU–SYABRUBESI (2250M/142 KM)
Early morning drive to Syabrubesi about 06-07 hrs. Scenic view of River, waterfalls and Himalaya on the way. Overnight at Guest House.
DAY 04 - SYABRUBESI –KYIRONG (3000M/38KM)
After the breakfast drive to RasuwaGadi (13km-Nepal-China border). After completing custom formalities, drive to Kyirong (25km/01 hrs). Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 05 - KYIRONG - SANGA (4500M/240KM)
After breakfast drive to Saga about 05 hrs. After crossing the Brahmaputra River, we reached Saga where, we stay. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 06 – SAGA - MANSAROVAR (4560M/530KM/7HRS.)
After the breakfast drive to Chui Gomba/Mansarovar. Packed lunch will served on the way. You can take holy bath on the way in Mansarovar. Overnight at Guest House.
DAY 07 - MANSAROVAR –DARCHEN (4620M/40KM)
In the morning perform Puja. After lunch drive to Darchen. Darchen is the base camp of Mount Kailash. You can buy your essential things for Parikrama(Kora). Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 08 - DARCHEN-DIRAPHUK (4860M/06-07 HRS.)
After breakfast drive to Yamadwar (8km). This is the first day of Kailash Parikrama (Kora). Yaks will carry all our kitchen goods and equipment. Overnight at Guesthouse.
DAY 09 - DIRAPHUK –ZUTHULPHUK (4790M/22KM)
Trek to Zuthulphuk via crossing the Dolma-La Pass/Gouri Kunda Lake (5630m). This day we start our journey as early as possible. Overnight at Guest House.
DAY 10 – ZUTHULPHUK -MANSAROVAR –SAGA
Early morning trek down to Darchen (9km) and start our way back to Kathmandu following the same route. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 11 - SAGA- KYIRONG (185KM)
Drive back to Kyirong. This is the last night staying in Tibet. You can visit Local Chinese market. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 12 - KYIRONG–KATHMANDU (180KM)
Drive to RasuwaGadi, complete the custom formalities and drive to Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 13- DEPARTURE
Last day of the tour, transfer to the Airport to connect your flight for onward Journey.

Minimum 6 month valid passport from the journey date, 2 copies of PP size photograph. A normal health certificate from your personal doctors & travel insurance coverage for medicine, evacuation, loss of belongings and trip cancellation are strongly recommended.
Bring with you:
Strong water bottle, Sun Glasses, Sun Cream, Torch Light with extra batteries and bulbs, Mask, Paper Soap, chocolates, dry food, Glucose, Your own regular medicine etc.
Casual wears & comfortable trekking shoes, warm clothing for nights & mornings (strictly no saree), Raincoats, Thermal innerwear, warm trousers and shirts, woolen gloves, Balaclava, Sun Hat, Woolen socks, scarves.
Note: Every effort will be made to keep to the above itinerary but please keep in mind this is adventure travel in a remote mountain region. Weather conditions, availability of porters and the health of travellers can all contribute to changes. The guides and the Sherpa assistants will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but please be prepared to be flexible if necessary.
