Mount Everest, Nepal

Everest Base Camp Trek

per person

Journey to Himalayan Sangrila: Everest Base Camp Trek; Walk on the steep & splendid trail to the Mount Everest base camp trek in just 15 days in thin air & with Sherpa hospitality.

Nature is rarely splendid as it is when you raise your head and look in front you at the Everest Base Camp in Kalapatthar (5545m) to see Lhotse (8516m), Nuptse (7855m) and Changtse (7580m) and the tallest of mountains on earth – Mount Everest (8848m)– all in their fullest majesty covered in the silvery sheet of snow and the golden rays of the minion king. For a mountain hiker, these 17 days trek to the Everest Base Camp, is the ultimate of hiking desire.

Ordinary and regular people take the Everest Base Camp as a challenging trek, but believe us while it is being graded as number 4 (strenuous trek), it is also the best trekking route on earth – and we promise you that you can tread well on this route that has been soiled by the yaks, Sherpas and many adventurers like you.

The trek starts from the Lukla Airport and ends at Kallapathar-  but in between this journey, one comes across the Tibetan influenced thriving and virtually unchanged culture and life styles of the Sherpas. During the 5 to 6 hours trek on an average day, you will have plenty of opportunities to sit on a mountain top and enjoy the music of Buddhist prayer flags fluttering to high altitude wind and get a close glimpse of some of the ancient and isolated monasteries in the world like the Thyangboche Monastery.

This trek walks you along one of the most sought after and splendid treks on this world among trekkers- Sagarmatha National Park. This world heritage site is home to a wide variety of floras and faunas that are native to this Himalayan region and offer you the most splendid view of the mountains and surround you with alpine vegetation.
